Core Features

Centralized Data Management

EzTherapy maintains and links all essential records, including students, schools, providers, contracts, mandates, FAD (First Attend Date), and pay rates. It supports manual and automatic updates, synchronizing data between modules and reflecting DOE or Provider Assignment changes.

Payroll and Billing

Once sessions are verified, EzTherapy calculates payroll for the selected period, prepares billing files for the Vendor Portal, and performs automatic matching to generate a final .txt file. After payroll or billing, sessions are locked from modification а

Session Tracking and Validation

Sessions can be entered manually or imported automatically from SESIS, with built-in validation to detect and block errors such as mismatched mandates or FAD, excessive session counts, incorrect group size, or duplicates. Real-time checks and clear error messages help providers correct issues before submission, reducing rejected sessions and rework. Administrators gain confidence that only clean, compliant data moves forward into billing and payroll.

7A/CPSE Forms - Generation, Reviews and Status update

EZTherapy enables providers to efficiently generate 7A, CPSE, and other forms (with additional form types coming in the future) that are essential for DOE compliance. The system allows providers to create the forms, send them to schools for signatures, and submit them to the agency. Agencies can then review the submitted forms, approve them, request revisions, or reject them as needed. This feature not only supports DOE compliance but also helps agencies track form submissions and manage internal compliance deadlines effectively.

User Interface

The system features an intuitive dashboard with sections for Districts, Schools, Students, Providers, Sessions, Payroll, Billing, Employees, and Settings. For example, the Students module displays OSIS numbers, provider details, mandates, and statuses, with filters and action buttons for managing records through the web interface at app.eztherapyapp.com.

Control and Compliance

EzTherapy logs every action, records whether sessions were entered manually or imported, prevents duplicates, and ensures secure data storage for DOE and Medicaid audits. Once included in payroll, sessions become immutable, ensuring accuracy and fraud protection.

EzTherapy also enables providers to efficiently generate 7A, CPSE, and other DOE-required forms (with additional form types planned for future release).

Two-Way SESIS ↔ EzTherapy Synchronization

EzTherapy supports full two-way synchronization with SESIS. Sessions can be:
entered directly in EzTherapy and exported to SESIS, or
imported from SESIS into EzTherapy for further processing…
